ISO 20000
ISO/IEC 20000 is the first international standard for IT Service Management. It is based on and is intended to supersede the earlier British Standard, BS 15000.
ISO/IEC 20000 defines the requirements for an IT Service Management System. It sets out the main processes to deliver IT services effectively and aligns itself with ITILŪ.
Parity is an Accredited Course Provider (ACP), accredited by itSMF to provide training in accordance with the itSMF ISO/IEC 20000 Qualification Scheme.
